My car is my baby, and I never skimp on parts. When I was researching Remote Starts I came across Royal Auto, I noticed they were using professional grade systems, not the cheap consumer ones like best buy or a few other local shops, then I read their reviews. Best decision I could've made.

As a woman I don't always understand how things in my car work, I had a remote start installed at royal auto parts & custom a few years back, its still working great. The customer service was awesome, they spent at least a 1/2 hour training me how to use it even though I kept messing up, he kept walking me through it until I was comfortable. I even forgot over the summer how it worked, I stopped back in and got a refresher no problem. Best customer service !
